Tutors are students of the second-cycle degree courses, students of PhD programs or specialization schools who are selected by the Department on the basis of their curriculum and experience in the field to carry out tutoring, orientation and teaching assistance for students enrolled in the Department's various degree programs.

Students can turn to them for any problems concerning their curriculum: choice of a curriculum, development of a plan of study, difficulty integrating or approaching the organisation of university studies, logistical and didactic problems (e.g., related to attending classes and preparing for exams), introduction to the use of Department facilities such as libraries and laboratories, and assistance in preparing for exams and dissertations.
