Segreteria studenti

The Student registry office of the Department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Cultural Industries manages a student's career, from an administrative point of view, from enrolment to graduation.

Offices are located in the Via D'Azeglio complex (Via Massimo D'Azeglio, 85), on the ground floor with access from the inner courtyard.

Specifically, the student can contact the student registry office for:

  • Practices related to LM pre-registration, enrolment, course transitions, transfers to and from other university
  • Practice management of exam recognition requests submitted to the Course Council
  • Release of certifications pertaining to the existing or concluded career
  • Resumption of studies after a period of interruption
  • Check regularity of inscriptions
  • Registration in career of ECTS credits acquired during internship (internship activation is not the responsibility of the Secretariat)
  • Update residence permit situation
  • Submission of applications for equivalency of foreign degrees
  • Submission of application for graduation
  • Single course units inscription
  • Registration and Career Management PF24 for duly inscribed Residence halls (qualification not yet obtained)
  • Release Diploma Supplement

Opening hours

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. 
    In-person reception, without reservation
     
  • Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
    Remote reception via Teams, by appointment
