Training and professional development courses

The Department, as stipulated in Art. 4 of the Regolamento Master Universitari e formazione finalizzata e permanente of the University of Parma, offers training courses and seminars for professional development, continuing and permanent education.

These activities are aimed at:

• facilitating entry into the world of work;
• facilitating professional updating and continuing and permanent training;
• preparing for passing state exams or public competitions;
• realizing training courses aimed at individuals already in the world of work, which meet the need for knowledge adjustment or professional retraining.

Courses can be conducted, by means of in-person teaching, or by distance learning on the University's e-learning platform. At the end they confer certificates, also with possible recognition of university ECTS credits, in proportion to the teaching commitment required and after passing a final test to verify the skills acquired.

Some of these training initiatives are also published on the S.O.F.I.A. platform of the MIUR and usable with the professor's card bonus.
