Quality Assurance Management System
Implementation of research and third mission quality assurance policies is pursued by the Department through the principle of strategic planning, so as to decline in the specificity of each Department the Strategic Plan of the University and the Integrated Plan of the University for the management from the performance cycle.
The Department formalizes the strategic objectives for research and third mission by translating them into measurable indicators consistent with its goals and providing an appropriate distribution of roles and responsibilities. The Department, thanks to the action of the Director's Delegates for Research and Third Mission, carries out an ongoing internal self-evaluation activity that allows monitoring the actions taken according to the guidelines of the University Quality Presidium.
